We are now over 1 month into the new year. This is an update from Bright Esports, an esport club based in Västerås. Esport Västerås.
Nevertheless here comes a lot of updates:
iRacing team: All 12 drivers have participated in different competition over the last couple of weeks with extremely good results.
Two of our drivers, Håkan and Daniel is competing in the Nxtgen GT3 and they achieve great results.
In the iSNF series our newest driver Alexander Wegert have made 3 starts in the highest cupcar series and with one win, one P2 and also a P3, this is great result for him and the team.
In the Majors Series by www.majorsseries.com we have had 2 races, the first one at Watkins Glen. Here we took a lot of points as the team and “Blomman” came P2 in the LMP2 followed by Håkan in P2 in the GT3 class.
In the Daytona500 we had a total of 11 drivers to the grid. It turned into the best race ever for Alexander Olsson who won the race on the last couple of meters where 3 of the other Bright Esports cars turned into a crash 🙂
We have also during this time started our first Dayton24h race. We had two teams to the grid, one LMP2 and one GT3.
The LMP2 had some shortfall in the team due to one case of covid and one injury so Marcus had to change in the last minute to drive with the LMP2 team Blomman and Håkan. The LMP2 came in a split with well known team and made the 24 hours clean and steady. In the end Blomman took the car over the finish line in P4… Our GT3 car had some minor damaged but the 5 drivers made an awesome race finishing in P7 after our friends in No Emission. Big cred to Tommy and Daniel who made the longest laps but also to Jonas, Andreas and Stefan och made the event so good.
FIFA updates: Noel make good progress and playing most WL possible and have a great team.
LOL updates: We are in the making of creating our first even LOL team under coach “Dretas”
